Newfoundland Patches   Newfoundland Police Agencies The RCMP are the primary policing agency in Newfoundland, with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) policing the communities of St John's, Corner Brook, and Labrador City. Several smaller communities empoyed "Municipal Police" which essentially are provincial constable and bylaw enforcment departments.
